Our Story

The Spinola's were from Naples Italy.  My Aunt Franca came to America in the early 70's and settled in New York City.  My Mom came over in 1974 while she was pregnant with me.

My earliest memories are "helping" mom cook in the kitchen.  She loved cooking for her family, friends, and anyone who stopped by!  "You too skinny, you manga, manga!"  There was always pasta in the cupboard and sauce in the pantry for unexpected guests.

I would visit my Aunt in the summers, and she would make the same dishes mom made and ask me "who's was better!"

These wonderful women inspired a love of cooking in me that continues today.  I love to entertain and cook for family and friends, many of whom encouraged me to start this company.  Now I can share this love of cooking with everyone.
